Anette Steenberg

Anette is the Director of Investment Promotion at Copenhagen Capacity. She will be sharing learnings from Copenhagen’s success and an insider’s insight into the future of investment promotion in the Nordics.

In aiming to become the first carbon-neutral capital by 2025, Copenhagen is a frontrunner in green transformation, renewable energy, upcycling and recycling, green mobility and smart city solutions.

Copenhagen’s ambitious climate target has sparked a strong commitment to green transportation, water and waste management, sustainable buildings and renewable energy such as wind power, solar energy, green energy plants and biofuels.

Greater Copenhagen’s clean tech cluster has taken a lead position in innovation, prompted by state incentives and ambitious regulation. What does this mean for investment promotion and business attraction as a whole for the Copenhagen area and Denmark?
